Luxury Linen Cleaning
in the Hamptons
The Linens We Care For
Fine Linens Deserve Considered Care
From Frette and Pratesi to Matouk, Sferra, Leron, and D Porthault, we clean the fine linens that define Hamptons bedrooms and dining tables. Egyptian cotton, Italian percale, Belgian linen, silk, and hand-embroidered pieces each receive the specific care their construction requires.
Thread counts that took years to find deserve better than a commercial laundry cycle. The chemistry, water temperature, drying time, and finishing method are selected for each piece individually. There is no one-size approach to linens of this quality.
We handle bedding, table linens, heirloom pieces, and everything in between. Every item is hand finished before it comes back to you.
Many Hamptons households rotate multiple sets of fine linens across a season. We clean them at the pace your property requires, whether that is weekly during peak rental season or twice a year at opening and closing.
If you manage a property or oversee linen service for a home, see our property manager service page for information on recurring accounts and volume pricing.
Our Process
What Happens to Every Piece
01
Inspection
Each piece is examined for staining before cleaning begins. Sunscreen, body oils, and wine often appear invisible when dry but are detectable on close inspection. Identifying them first allows for targeted pre-treatment.
02
Pre-Treatment
Stained areas are treated before the cleaning cycle. This step is essential for sunscreen and oil-based stains, which can set permanently if treated only in the wash.
03
Gentle Cleaning
Cleaning method is matched to the fabric. Egyptian cotton, Belgian linen, silk, and down all require different handling. Down comforters receive careful drying to prevent clumping and preserve loft.
04
Hand Finishing
Every piece is hand finished. Nothing is machine pressed. Sheets are pressed flat and returned folded, ready to place on a bed. Duvet covers are inspected again after cleaning before being returned.
Bedding
Sheets, Duvets, and Bedroom Linens
We clean the full range of bedroom linens: flat sheets, fitted sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, down comforters, quilts, blankets, and throws. Each category has its own cleaning and drying requirements.
Down comforters require particular attention during drying to ensure the fill distributes evenly and no moisture remains trapped. Improper drying is the most common source of odor and clumping in down pieces.
Many Hamptons households bring bedding in at the start and close of each season. Pre-season cleaning removes any storage odors and resets the feel of the fabric. Post-season cleaning removes body oils and perspiration that, left untreated, will degrade the fabric over the off-season months.
We also clean quilts and heirloom blankets. Older pieces are inspected carefully before any treatment is applied.

Table Linens
Tablecloths and Napkins
A pressed and folded tablecloth makes a table feel luxurious before the first plate is set. We clean and hand press tablecloths, napkins, embroidered pieces, and heirloom linens that require the kind of attention most cleaning services cannot provide.
Table linens are especially prone to food and wine staining. We inspect and pre-treat each piece before cleaning. Embroidered and heirloom tablecloths are evaluated individually to ensure the cleaning method is appropriate for the fabric and construction.
Returned pressed, folded, and ready to use.

Common Questions
Linen Cleaning FAQ
How often should I clean my Hamptons bed linens?
Once or twice per season for fine linens is typical. More often if the property is rented or heavily used. Body oils and sunscreen set into fabric over time, so pre-season and post-season cleaning helps linens last longer.
Can linens be included with my regular dry cleaning pickup?
Yes. Include them in your Thursday pickup bag along with garments. No separate order required.
Do you handle heirloom and embroidered pieces?
Yes. Heirloom linens, hand-embroidered tablecloths, and other delicate pieces are inspected individually before cleaning.
What about silk sheets and specialty fabrics?
We clean silk, linen, and specialty blends. Each piece is evaluated and cleaned with the appropriate method for the material.
