Service Details

We offer complimentary pickup and delivery for clients in our primary service area. Pickup and drop-off runs every Thursday. Submit the form with your requested start date and we will confirm your first Thursday.

You will receive a text reminder the evening before your Thursday pickup around 5:00 PM. Reply to confirm your pickup or skip that week. No action required if you are ready to go.

Your garments receive the same French-style, hand-pressed care regardless of how they arrive. Pickup clients enjoy the same standard as walk-in clients: every piece assessed, cleaned to specification, finished by hand, and returned in ready-to-wear condition.

What areas do you deliver to?

Our complimentary pickup and delivery service covers Sagaponack, Wainscott, East Hampton, and Sag Harbor. If you are unsure whether your address falls within the delivery area, call us at (631) 537-5120 and we will confirm.

How often do you run delivery routes?

We run our delivery route every Thursday. When you submit a pickup request, we confirm your first Thursday pickup date. Garments are cleaned and finished at our Wainscott facility and returned the following Thursday.

Is pickup and delivery complimentary?

Yes. Pickup and delivery is complimentary for clients within our service area: Sagaponack, Wainscott, East Hampton, and Sag Harbor. You pay only for the cleaning services performed.

How do I schedule a pickup?

Use the form on this page to submit your name, address, phone, email, and requested start date. We will contact you within one business day to confirm your first Thursday pickup. After that, pickup and return happen automatically on your scheduled Thursday.

What happens to my garments between pickup and return?

All garments are transported to our Wainscott facility where they are cleaned and hand pressed using the same French-style process as our walk-in clients. Every piece is inspected, finished, and returned on hangers or in bags ready to wear.
